To further support any initiative to create a Safe Driving culture amongst your member’s employees, IAM Fleet can offer a further type of training to those drivers who wish to take their driving skills to an advanced level. Subject to the appropriate classification following an IAM Fleet Occupational Driver Training Course that a driver is at the required standard to undergo the IAM Advanced Driving Test or by nomination through the ‘Skill for Life’ programme, please see www.iam.org.uk for more details, the IAM will arrange an Independent Examiner to carry out the Advanced Test.
Alternatively a driver can undergo further training and specific preparation for the Advanced Driving Test through the IAM Fleet Fast Track course, this normally being delivered on a one to one basis on two separate half days.
