Drive 09 – at the heart of the UK transport industry...

The Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) will host Drive ’09. TRL is the internationally recognised centre of transport excellence, promoting world class automotive research and it also advises car manufacturers and Government institutions on all aspects of transport industry.



TRL’s test track is located on a secure secluded site providing a carefully controlled and safe operating environment. The track consists of five different sections, the ideal environment to put the latest cars and taxis through their paces.

TRL is conveniently located just a few miles from junction 3 of the M3 and junction 10 of the M4. Heathrow Airport is just 30 mins away and Central London 45mins.

Chauffeur Drive '08 was an outstanding success with almost 2,500 industry professional flocking to the event in just two days. It was the first chance for the industry to get behind the wheel of all the latest vehicles and limousines all under one roof. Drive '09 promises to be bigger and better than before with a dedicated test track and more exhibition space.
